I commute about 30-45 minutes up Hwy 50, from Sacramento, CA to Folsom, CA every day. This morning I witnessed yet again someone driving very dangerously and agressive. Lots of traffic and this person is weaving in and out and just about clipped my car. I ended up passing this person again and he was behind me on top of my bumper. (I have no where to go, there's traffic) once again he goes.

Victoria Police said they are looking into the incident, claiming the driver is putting himself and others at risk.
“This footage appears to show a person reading while driving. If that’s the case, this is very disturbing and high-risk behaviour that not only puts that driver at risk, but everyone else in close proximity,” a police spokesperson told 9 News.
“Driving is a complex task that requires full concentration and it is essential drivers minimise the risk of distraction in their vehicle.”
Motorists caught distracted behind the wheel face a massive $387 fine and three demerit points.
Social media users were quick to criticise the driver.
“When will people realise that a licence is a privilege not a God-given right,” one person said.
“Obviously not reading a road rules book,” another wrote.
Many even claimed they have seen people reading books before, among other dangerous things.
“I see stuff like this every day when driving a truck you can look down on everyone with their phones, iPads, laptops, bowls of food, hamburgers, beer etc,” one person wrote.
