You can download the purchased product via the Kofax Fulfillment Site. To do so, please:
Download Kofax Software
- Launch your Web browser, go to https://delivery.kofax.com/ and click on 'Create a new account.'
- Enter the requested information in the Create a New Account window, being certain to complete the required fields indicated by the red asterisks (*), and your license Serial Number, provided in the Order Notification Email (you can add it afterward as well).
- You should immediately receive your credentials by email. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder for an email from Kofax, Inc. . If the email is not there, please contact Kofax Technical Support for assistance.
- Once you have logged in, you will see the links of the products that you are authorized to download. If the links are greyed (disabled), there might be a problem with your maintenance contract (expired, or not properly linked to your user, via the serial number).

Double-click the file to decompress the contents; this creates a new folder (VRS5.1HVRS). Open the new folder and double-click the setup.exe file; the installation wizard will start up.
